Shipping & Returns

We want every Fresh Start Paper order to arrive safely and feel worth the wait. Below you will find information about processing, shipping, delivery, returns and damaged orders.

Processing

Ready-made and personalized products may have different processing times. Estimated timing is listed on each product page.

Tracking details are emailed after shipment. Delivery estimates begin after your order has finished processing.

Returns

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within the return window. Personalized products are generally final sale.

Processing Times

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships. It is separate from the delivery time provided by the shipping carrier.

Ready-made products may process faster than personalized or custom-made products. Product-specific processing estimates are shown on the individual product page whenever available.

Personalized orders may not enter production until all required customization details have been submitted and any requested proof has been approved.

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address entered during checkout.

Your items are created, personalized, checked and packaged for shipment.

Order shipped

Tracking information is sent when the shipping carrier receives your package.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Rates may vary based on the destination, package weight, package dimensions, product type and selected delivery method.

Any available free-shipping promotion will be shown on the website or automatically applied at checkout when the order qualifies.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin after your order has completed processing and has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may take longer during holidays, severe weather, high-volume periods or unexpected carrier disruptions.

Fresh Start Paper is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, severe weather or an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking has not updated after several business days, contact us at karanicolefaris311@gmail.com with your order number.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

To request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipment processing.

Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs when a package is returned due to an incomplete, incorrect or undeliverable address supplied during checkout.

Delayed, Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow the carrier additional time to complete delivery.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around the delivery location and nearby entrances.
  • Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted it.
  • Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number.
  • Allow one additional business day, as some packages are scanned early.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and include your order number and tracking details.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

Include the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos of the exterior packaging when shipping damage occurred.

Returns

Eligible non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, contact us before mailing the item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are generally responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Do not send a return until you receive return instructions from Fresh Start Paper.

Items that may not be returned

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Digital downloads or printable products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked final sale.
  • Used, damaged or altered products.

Personalized and Custom Products

Personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for the customer and are generally final sale.

Please carefully review all names, dates, wording, colors, selections and other customization details before submitting your order or approving a proof.

We may replace or correct a personalized product if the item contains an error made by Fresh Start Paper. Customer-submitted spelling, date or customization errors are not considered production defects.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Fresh Start Paper or a damaged or defective product.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different eligible product is to request a return and place a new order after the return is approved.

Personalized products cannot be exchanged unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect because of an error by Fresh Start Paper.
