What products does Fresh Start Paper offer?

We offer journals, planners, calendars, notepads, stationery and guided manifestation cards designed to support intentional routines, reflection and fresh beginnings.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes. Selected products can be personalized with names, dates, prompts, layouts or other custom details. Available options will appear on the product page.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders require additional design and production time. Estimated processing times will be shown on the product page or confirmed after your order is placed.

Will I receive a proof before my custom order is produced?

When a proof is included with your selected product, it will be emailed to you for approval before production begins. Please review spelling, dates and personalized details carefully.

When will my order ship?

Ready-made products generally ship sooner than custom items. Processing and estimated delivery times will be listed during checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as quickly as possible. We may be able to update or cancel an order before production begins, but completed or in-production personalized items may not be changed.

What is your return policy?

Non-personalized items may qualify for return according to our return policy. Personalized and custom-made products are typically final sale unless they arrive damaged or contain an error caused during production.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate replacement or solution.

Do you offer digital or printable products?

Product format will be clearly listed on each product page. Digital purchases are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item unless specifically stated.
